Hojicha (roasted green tea) is a popular everyday tea in Kanazawa, Kaga Prefecture.

Dedicated Kaga Bocha” is roasted shallowly so as not to spoil the flavor of the first tea stems, and is characterized by its clear amber color, fragrant aroma, and refreshing, easy-to-drink taste.

This hojicha was created by Maruhachi Tea Works, a well-known tea manufacturer in Kaga City, Ishikawa Prefecture, which boasts a history of more than 150 years, after researching unique roasting techniques.

The original individually wrapped tea bags allow you to enjoy the aroma and clear taste of the best-quality stem tea.

【Recommended way to make tea】

Hot Bo-cha: Steep 1 tea bag (2g) in 100cc of boiling water for about 1 minute. Anyone can brew it easily.
Cold Bo-cha: Steep 3 tea bags (2g) in 600cc of cold water for about 3 hours. Please try it with water.
