Nizami Coffee, where the owner Nizami, a former pastry chef, roasts coffee, is located in Suzu City in Okunoto, Ishikawa Prefecture.

The roasting shop, which was the setting for the movie “Saihate Nite – Yasashii kaori to matinagara,” was renovated from a boathouse that was left by the owner’s grandfather.

The charm of Nizami Coffee, which attracts fans from all over Japan, lies in its meticulous roasting.
