Moist raw rakugan from Moroeya, a rakugan specialty shop established in 1849, is a rakugan with a soft and fluffy texture and a perfect harmony with the sweet bean paste sandwiched between the rakugan. Enjoy two flavours: white, with the flavour of wasanbon sugar, kanbai powder and azuki beans, and green, with a slightly bitter taste of matcha green tea kneaded in. Both flavours are original to Kejotei.
